We currently have a development in the wildlife sanctuary of Chestnut Grove, in Hedgesville, WV. These houses and lots boast majestic views of the Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia mountains. These lots are part of a community with all homes built with energy efficiency and the environment in mind. Our project in Costa Rica is in the planning stage. This particular project will be based on a co-operative where the investors will purchase shares of ownership rather than actual property. The property will be designed as a nature resort for rentals.
