 Our purpose at Eco International is to help design and build your home according to the principles of Green building and a healthy environment.

We are a group of committed Americans that have come together for the common goal of building healthful homes by implementing environmentally sound building principles along with the design principles of Sthapatya Veda for the purpose of maximizing the health and well being of the homeowner and the environment. Together we have a combined building experience of 32 years, mortgage and banking experience of 13 years, and 20 years as consultants in the finance and investing field. The building principles and materials we have chosen to use are with a vision toward what impact it will have on the next generations.

Eco International has had the opportunity to build the first green home constructed according to Sthapatya Vedic building principles in Loudoun Co. Virginia.  In addition, we have built most every type of home including timber frame, stick, modular, and log. We currently have several lots for sale on which to build your dream home. We are here to build your house on our lot or yours, in the type and style of your choice using highly energy efficient and environmentally sound building methods.

Our current intention is building in the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Area as well as internationally in Costa Rica.
